Inspection of defence equipment in case of nuclear attack


12 March 2024, CBRN School, Northern Command (Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear School), Akhnoor, Jammu - Today, CBRN School, Northern Command (Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear School) was inspected by retired and Vir Chakra awardee Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi from Ghaziabad.

The equipment used to obtain information about the environment and for immediate rescue during the use of chemical, nuclear or biological weapons was inspected today.

On this occasion, Commanding Officer of CBNR School Colonel Bakur Gosai, Second in Command Lieutenant Colonel Manoj Kumar, Captain Manish Joy and others gave information about the details of use of equipment.

He told that one CBNR school has been established in all the commands of the Indian Army.

In the coming times, these schools will play an important role in dealing with the situation of nuclear attack.
