27 July 2025, Registered Headquarters, 133 B Model Town East, Ghaziabad - Today here Mr. Naveen Lohani, who has been a member of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha for a long time, along with his wife Mrs. Uma Joshi, met the National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Veer Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi.

In fact, only yesterday Mr. Naveen Lohani has taken over the post of Vice Chancellor of Uttarakhand Open University. Immediately after assuming this post, he met his National President and told that whatever he has learned about national integration and character building, he will share it with his students. He said that in Haldwani, Dehradun, Roorkee, Pithoragarh, wherever possible, some subjects of initial military training will be shared with teachers and students.

Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi said that our aim is not only to make a successful soldier but also to make an aware citizen. Those who once become our members neither set fire to public property nor allow anyone else to do so. In this regard, the 11 duties given in Article 51A of the Constitution were also explained.

Smt. Uma Joshi is also a hardworking representative of the women's wing of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha.
