Today while addressing the students and staff of the new batches of computer science & engineering,the National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha Col Tejendra Pal Tyagi admired the topic given to him:

"Samvidhan and Swabhiman"

Col Tyagi said it took 3 years for 299  members elected by elected members of the then provincial assemblies,to finalise the Constitution. The objectives of the Constitution are not very clear.

Sovereign : How are we Sovereign when we have included "Govt of India Act 1935" in clause 147 of our Constitution

Socialist : How are we socialist when we do not have any richness limit in our Constitution while poverty criteria is mentioned.

Secular : How are we Secular when we have given permission to establish and  manage education institutions to Minority in clause 30 of the Constitution

Democratic : our territorial waters and EEZ are exclusively with Central Govt as per clause 297 of the Constitution. It is against the tenets of Democracy.

Republic: How are we republic when we have reorganized our states based on language

Integrity of the Nation  : It was negated the day we divided India

Did it need rocket science to connect citizenship with faith,loyalty and Aastha in India but we connected citizenship with Birth and Desent. Is not it a question mark ? 

While speaking on ‘’  Swabhiman ‘’ , the best example is not to buckle under the tariff pressure imposed by America . We did not compromise with our Swabhiman , in stead , we found alternatives .
