January 12, 2026, Pawan Chintan Dhara Ashram, Duhai, Ghaziabad: This evening, on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary, the book "INs & OUTs of Leadership," written by Professor Pawan Sinha Guruji, was inaugurated by Colonel Tejinder Pal Tyagi, a recipient of the Vir Chakra and National President of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha. He stated that leadership can be developed. Every commander in the army, regardless of rank, is trained to be a leader through rigorous and repeated training in dedication, discipline, and honesty. Ultimately, leadership means inspiring one's colleagues and performing duties beyond the call of duty. Simply fulfilling one's duty does not make one a leader. Thousands of soldiers are martyred in war, but only a few receive the Vir Chakra, and that too usually posthumously. Very few survive. A stone doesn't break with the first blow, but history remembers the one who struck the first blow. The one who strikes the first blow is called a leader. That is why Swami Vivekananda said, "Play football before reading the Gita." Become a treasure for your country. Arise and move forward until the goal is achieved.
The people of India, who consider Professor Pawan Sinha Guruji to be an incarnation of Swami Vivekananda, presented such an insightful account of his life today that thousands of veteran soldiers and patriotic citizens present took a resounding pledge to remain dedicated to nationalism.
The book "INs & OUTs of Leadership," written by Shri Guru Pawan Sinha, is an inspiration for every young person. It explains, with examples, how one can develop leadership by repeatedly asking oneself questions. As the ability to ask questions increases, so does leadership. The Pawan Chintan Dhara Ashram in Duhai has now become a center for developing leaders. This is evidenced by the large number of highly educated and dedicated people who participated in today's program. On this occasion, veteran soldiers Gyan Singh, Chandan Singh, Ganesh Dutt, Rajendra Tripathi, and thousands of patriotic citizens learned about Swami Vivekananda, realizing that although he may have stayed in royal palaces at night, he spent his days on the streets. Shri Guru Pawan Sinha Ji recounted that Swami Vivekananda had said that if he could find 100 dedicated young people, he could change both the condition and direction of the country. Shri Guru Pawan Sinha Ji lamented that in this country, which boasts of its Sanatan Dharma (eternal religion), he couldn't even find ten young people who were completely dedicated. Consequently, he left his mortal body at the predetermined time, saying that he would return again and again.
Today, seeing the large gathering of good people at the Pawan Chintan Dhara Ashram and the enthusiasm of people to buy the book "INs & OUTs of Leadership" written by Shri Guru Pawan Sinha, it felt as if new Vivekanandas were about to emerge from this ashram.
