Chief Guest, Honorable Mr. Pravesh Sahib Singh, said that celebrating Parakram Diwas should not be a mere formality; rather, we should pledge to follow the path shown by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. He said, "My father told me so much about Subhash Chandra Bose that I came to this event today on 12 hours' notice." As much as it is important to visit Ayodhya, it is equally important to remember Subhash Chandra Bose on 23rd January.

Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi said that now people will have to accept that the British left India because of the fear of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. This was said by the British Prime Minister Mr. Edmund Attlee, who signed the documents of India's independence, that we left India almost a year ago because of Netaji and the Azad Hind Fauj. He said that the best way to pay tribute to Netaji would be that on this Parakram Diwas, all schools should start or get basic military training done. The Rashtriya Sainik Sansthan is both capable and ready to provide basic military training.
