Singh (PVSM, AVSM, YSM), Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi (Vir Chakra)—National President of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha—proposed organizing an event on October 28, 2026, at Lok Bhawan, Aizawl, Mizoram. The theme of the event would be "National Integration and Character Building." The gathering is expected to include over 100 senior military officers and several distinguished citizens.
