Every member of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha should act as a training ambassador – Colonel Tyagi.


May 30, 2026, Uttarakhand Niwas, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi: Speaking at an event here today, Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi, National President of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, stated that the 'Agniveer' scheme was formulated with the aim that when three out of every four Agniveers return after completing their training, values ??such as devotion to duty, discipline, and honesty would be fostered in society. People would not resort to setting fire to vehicles and buildings.

Honorable Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh, National Administrative Patron of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha and Governor of Uttarakhand, stated that all members should work on the following points with immediate effect:

· Educating citizens about the 11 duties enshrined in Article 51A of the Constitution.

· Emphasizing that public property belongs to us and must not be set on fire by anyone.

· Initiating efforts on a war footing to bring the educated class into the fold.
