September 26, 2026; Hotel Krishna Sagar, Dasna, Ghaziabad – A meeting of the Indian Professional Civil Engineers Graduate Association was held here today.

Speaking as the chief guest, Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi (M.Tech in Structural Engineering) endorsed the idea that buildings, too, communicate. When a child cries, the mother feeds him; however, when a crack appears in a building's wall, plaster peels off, or reinforcement bars become exposed, we do not view the situation with the same level of concern. The average person is often unaware of these issues. Therefore, conducting structural audits of buildings should be made mandatory.
